About Just Breathe
Just Breathe is a virtual resource hub for stress management with a focus on the extraordinary challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Just Breathe approach to stress management emphasizes self-care, mindfulness, and positive mindset. Asha Murphy is the content developer for Just Breathe. She is a licensed professional counselor and a native of Louisiana.
Live, synchronous presentations that will cover important topics related to your health and well-being at work and beyond. Thirty minutes will be devoted to the presentation of a topic or specific content area, and thirty minutes will remain reserved for questions and/or discussion.
Brief 3-5 minute video clips featuring tips on stress management, look for these in your email or on our YouTube channel (coming soon). Micro-services will feature topics on self-care, mindfulness, and healthy mindset.
