Hi, hello. I am so happy you're here. Your "Stress Manager" has been one of my favorite hats 🤠 I've ever had the opportunity to wear. It's remarkable how much I've learned from all of you about the power of authenticity and genuine caring 💟. It would be an understatement to simply say I've enjoyed working with, and for, all of you in the OBH family. My heart is full of gratitude for all of your sincere encouragement over these months, and for what you all do everyday for the citizens of our state. I've discovered so many things about myself throughout the time I've shared with you. I have felt such fulfillment in my mission to offer support and strategies to you as we have all managed a truly unprecedented collective world threat.
I know what you're thinking: this sounds like a goodbye. Well, it's not exactly. But I am making a change and it's important to me that you know about it with a little advance. Starting on August 23, 2021, I'm going to be decreasing my stress management hours to focus on my own stress management. It's time for me to follow my own advice and make room for more down time for fun, rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation.
I'm looking forward to our future work together so rest assured, you'll still be hearing from me, only just a little less frequently. I'll still be hosting 30/30 sessions once a month and uploading mini videos with stress management content. And PLEASE, if you need me for consultation or guidance, do call upon me. Connecting with you guys is my favorite part about working with you.
Happy to hear from you in any way you feel comfortable and supported. I hope Just Breathe has been as meaningful to you as it has been for me in creating it. My utmost wish is that you all discover peace, calm, fulfillment, or whatever it is you're in search for.
